Any citizen or prisoner has the right to make a complaint about any officer or employee of the Danvers Police Department. Forms are available online and at the station. You are not required to fill out or sign the form for an investigation to be conducted; you may file a verbal complaint. Please ask to speak to the Officer in Charge regarding your complaint, whether filing in writing or verbally.
Citizens are also encouraged to submit an officer commendation form when they receive exceptional service from one of our officers. They are available online.
